We do not offer refunds for any purchases, subscriptions, or services once payment has been successfully processed. This applies to all plan types including Starter, Growth, and Pro subscriptions. By completing a purchase, you agree to this no-refund policy.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

Any such requests must be submitted to our support team within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered. We reserve the sole discretion to approve or deny exception-based refund requests.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. We encourage you to fully evaluate the service during the trial period before subscribing. No payment is taken until the trial ends, and you may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge.

6. Third-Party Purchases

If a purchase was made through a third-party platform (such as an app marketplace), refund requests may need to be submitted directly through that platform in accordance with their own policies. Autokentic has no control over third-party refund decisions.
